Aurora operates within the Apricus Generation platform. Apricus is a distributed solar and battery development platform founded by industry veterans Ravi Thuraisingham and Gautam Chandra, with decades of combined experience in clean energy development, project finance, and tax equity structuring. Apricus secured a $30 million development financing facility with Atlantic Union Bank to support its developer partners’ growth.
The partnership gives Aurora access to capital infrastructure and financial expertise that most development firms don’t have access to — letting us focus on what we do: finding sites, developing projects, and holding them through operations.
